As Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient web applications across both frontend and backend systems.

The position is located in Vilnius/Lithuania

How does the Full Stack Developer role of look like?

• Develop and maintain web applications using modern frontend frameworks (React.js, React Native) and backend technologies (Node.js, Typescript).
• Implement and optimize database structures in SQL & NoSQL systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, ArangoDB).
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and cross-platform compatibility.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Apply secure coding practices and implement authentication/authorization (e.g., JWT, OAuth2).
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, testing automation, and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Write clear technical documentation and support knowledge sharing across the team.

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer who is/has:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and React.js as frontend framework (React Native is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with Node.js backend frameworks (Express.js, NestJs ,…).
• Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases. (PostgresSQL, ArangoDB, …)
• Familiarity with real time communication services and tools (WebSocket, Socket.io, …)
• Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD, and containerization (Docker).
• Good understanding of system design, APIs, and architectures (Monolithic, Micro-services).
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Hetzner, GCP) or On-premises platforms is a plus.
• Efficiency working with Drizzle is a plus.
