iToDEV – a super awesome mega cool IT company was established in 2006 (19 years and counting. That means, we know what we are doing). Flutter / Android Developer @iToDEV has to:

• Develop stuff. Preferably android native applications. But just FYI, we develop Flutter apps as well.
• Be a team player. One man in a field is not a warrior - this is not our official moto, but it is something we believe in.
• Be a geek and tech-savvy. Trust us, this will help you a lot in daily tasks.

From our Flutter / Androiders @iToDEV we require:

• Yeah.. About that. We would expect you’ve started developing Android more than 2 years ago.
• Flutter. It’s great if you know it, and even better if you love it.
• Do you know any of these terms - Coroutines, MVVM, Architectural components, Hilt, Compose? We still do have a bit of Rx, Conductor, Dagger.
• GIT - there are some great tutorials how to use it, but we’d expect you already passed that phase.
• MVP, MVVM, WW II, WWW - one is totally unrelated, one is close, two is a must. Which one?
• Knowledge of SOLID principles. At least what is the difference between solid and liquid?
• Our QA’s are mean and easily irritated. We noticed, that having Unit tests has great impact in reducing their anxiety. It is for your own safety. Some hints what might help you jUnit, Robolectric, Mockito and etc.).
• You see the problem, you escalate and plan with your PM, when it could/should be solved.
• Cutting straight to the point - responsibility is a MUST feature you should have. There is some serious stuff we are working on.
• English - do you speak it? Did you understand any of these requirements?

Extra karma points go for:

• Agile methodologies. Stand up, stand up - for the champions, stand up lalala...
• Jira. The beginning and the end of every User Story.
• Sincere passion and interest in the latest technologies. One day we might decide to build a rocket, your knowledge might be very handy.
• Your time to shine - boast if you have written any articles, books or most-voted comments in Stack Overflow.
