We are expanding our operations in the Oncology/Hematology area in the Baltics and are looking for a new team member to join us in Lithuania as a Field Product Manager (based in Vilnius or Kaunas).

Essential Job Requirements
Education
- University degree (preferably medical, pharmacy)
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing positions (preferably oncology, hematology)
- Commercial or Marketing experience in pharmaceutical business preferred
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare system combined with strong insight into customer needs
- Account management experience
- Project management experience
- Strong business acumen with proficiency in business tools; skilled in strategic and critical thinking
- Fluent in local and English language
- Excellent MS Office literacy
- Driver’s license

Your Role
The Field Product Manager (FPM) drives the growth of assigned products by executing effective sales and marketing strategies within the therapeutic area. The role builds strong relationships with key stakeholders, delivers market insights to support strategic decisions, and ensures full compliance with company and industry standards. Through customer engagement and market analysis, the FPM maximizes commercial opportunities and strengthens Swixx Biopharma’s market position.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute approved sales and marketing tactics and activities for products within the assigned therapeutic area.
- Deliver on agreed commercial and strategic objectives within the allocated budget and timelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and key customers to drive commercial development in the therapeutic area.
- Promote assigned products in accordance with the EFPIA code, Swixx Biopharma compliance standards and internal procedures.
- Conduct market analysis and research to provide accurate forecasts and insights.
- Prepare action plans to capture opportunities and mitigate threats based on market analysis.
- Provide input for market access and business development activities as requested by the direct supervisor.
- Prepare timely reports on activities in line with the agreed timelines.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of company products, competitors, and therapeutic areas.
- Understand market dynamics and competitive environment, adjusting activities and marketing plans accordingly
- Utilize multichannel tools in daily practice and support the implementation of integrated multichannel marketing campaigns.
- Performs other professional duties in accordance with the company’s quality management system reference documents.
- Ensure full compliance in implementation of professional activities and enhances good image of Swixx BioPharma.
- Complete on time all training courses assigned to him/her in accordance with the corporate training plan, enrolled in Swixx Electronic Learning Management system or outside the system.
