The role:
As a Post-Contract Manager you will help drive our goals by:
- Contract Intelligence & Compliance: Own the post-signature lifecycle of commercial contracts, ensuring pricing execution aligns with contractual terms and conditions. Own the end-to-end claims validation process Develop and maintain a contract repository with pricing triggers, escalation clauses, rebate structures, and compliance checkpoints. Monitor contract adherence, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions to protect margin and ensure accountability.
- Pricing Room Transformation: Lead the evolution of the pricing room from transactional operations to a strategic, data-driven hub. Design and implement frameworks that integrate contract data with pricing analytics, enabling proactive decision-making.
- Analytics & Performance Monitoring: Build and maintain models to assess contract profitability, pricing leakage, and margin optimization. Lead root-cause analysis on pricing deviations and contract leakage, and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders. Collaborate with Finance and Sales to track KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Own and drive Pricing Room reviews and performance cycles. Act as the primary liaison between Pricing, Sales, Legal, and Finance to ensure contract clarity and pricing integrity. Support commercial teams with post-deal analysis and insights to inform future negotiations and pricing strategies.
- Process & System Enhancement: Identify and implement tools to automate contract tracking, pricing compliance, and alert mechanisms. Partner with IT to embed contract logic into pricing systems and ensure seamless integration with ERP/CPQ platforms.
- Experience in post contract management and/or claims, or commercial finance roles, ideally in manufacturing or B2B.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and contract management tools, combined with the ability to work under pressure while managing competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative approach and the ability to influence across functions and regions.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable, comfortable navigating ambiguity, committed to continuous improvement, and focused on customer-centric thinking.
