We are seeking a MacOS Engineer to join our team in Luxembourg.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage directory services, MDM solutions (Intune/Jamf Pro), file services, and client services (cloud and on-prem).
• Ensure system security, performance, and scalability across MacOS environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features, updates, and system enhancements.
• Develop and implement automation and optimization strategies to improve system efficiency.
• Perform system installation, tuning, patching, backup, and recovery functions for MacOS devices.
• Research and recommend innovative, automated, and secure approaches for system administration tasks.
• Support application packaging, deployment, and troubleshooting specific to MacOS.
• Manage SSO integration with AD/Entra ID and maintain compliance with security policies.
• Deploy and support hardware, operating systems, and software applications in enterprise MacOS environments.

Technical Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting MacOS systems in enterprise settings.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and/or Jamf Pro for MacOS management.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Bash, Python, AppleScript, or PowerShell).
• Experience in application packaging, deployment, and security hardening on MacOS.
• Expertise with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and SSO integration for MacOS.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, LAN/WAN).
• Familiarity with mobile device management for iOS (iPhones/iPads) is a plus.
• Strong security practitioner mindset, ensuring compliance and best practices.
