As a HR Assistant, you will provide essential support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department across a range of functions.
- Perform a wide range of administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, scheduling, and managing correspondence.
- Draft, format, and proofread HR-related documents in both French and English (contracts, internal policies, job descriptions, etc.).
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Manage incoming communications: answer phone calls, respond to emails, and redirect inquiries as needed
- Maintain and update internal databases and records with accuracy
- Ensure the confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information
Job requirements
- Excellent command of English and French
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
