Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager – Regulatory/Risk/Data:

• Coordinate and lead workshops with business and technical teams.
• Analyze and understand business requirements from multiple stakeholders.
• Define and document data contributing to reporting (data ownership, data lineage, impacted systems, processes, and data quality).
• Design and draft target operational processes, operational SLA, and documentation templates.
• Collaborate with IT teams to define business requirements for data/document migration and operational data flows.
• Draft detailed functional specifications and use cases for IT development.
• Evaluate implementation costs and prepare delivery planning.
• Consolidate and present As-Is and To-Be analysis to executive management.
• Conduct integration testing and validation of developed solutions.
• Identify operational impacts and prepare change management plans (training, communication materials, etc.).
• Ensure project management and follow-up, respecting scope, budget, and timeline.
• Support continuous improvement of data traceability and reporting quality.

How do we imagine our future Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager – Regulatory/Risk/Data?

• Minimum 15 years of experience as Business Analyst or Project Manager in banking or financial environments.
• Proven experience in regulatory and risk reporting projects (BCBS239, Basel III/IV, IFRS9, COREP, FINREP, AnaCredit).
• Strong expertise in data quality, data lineage, and data governance.
• Good understanding of banking data architectures and “Data Quality by Design” principles.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
• Hands-on experience with BI and data management tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting platforms (e.g. OneSumX or equivalent).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.;
