Consultative Sales Manager – Digital Solutions
About the Role
At Quest Human Capital, we are supporting a leading international IT services company in Luxembourg in their search for a Consultative Sales Manager – Digital Solutions.
This is not a traditional sales role.
You will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, connecting client needs with the company's proven digital solutions. Beyond selling existing services, you will play a pivotal role as a bridge between clients, the company's core expertise, and its technical teams.
Your mission: to understand what the client truly needs, shape tailored solutions that leverage the company's strengths, and, when relevant, guide internal teams to develop new capabilities that maximize ROI and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Build long-term client relationships based on trust, advisory, and tangible value creation.
- Act as a trade union between client expectations, the company's established portfolio, and technical teams.
- Identify opportunities where existing services can be complemented by tailored solutions or by new developments with strong ROI potential.
- Present solutions to clients as value-driven partnerships.
- Translate client needs into actionable roadmaps, engaging pre-sales and technical experts to co-create solutions.
- Manage the complete consultative sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
- Represent the company at industry events and stay at the forefront of digital transformation trends (Cloud, AI, Automation, Data, CX, Blockchain, any emerging trend).
Your Profile
- 6–10 years' experience in consultative sales within IT services or digital transformation.
- Proven ability to bridge business objectives and technical capabilities, influencing both client executives and internal experts.
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg's IT and digital transformation landscape.
- Strategic mindset: able to identify not only what the client is asking, but also what will generate the best long-term value.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-first advisory approach.
- Entrepreneurial, innovative, and able to manage multiple proposals in parallel.
- Fluent in English and French / Luxembourgish, German or Dutch as strong assets.
