Key Responsibilities & Skills:
Must-Have:
- 3 years of Python development (less if fast learner with demonstrable results).
- Hands-on experience with AI systems, preferably agentic AI architectures.
- Experience calling APIs and handling async or streaming data.
- Good knowledge of Git (branches, pull requests, merge conflicts).
- Basic understanding of relational databases/SQL (Postgres is a bonus).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Good-to-Have:
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI workflow frameworks.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines (CI/CD).
- Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering.
- Experience in Scrum teams.
- Exposure to multi-agent systems, memory management in LLMs, advanced orchestration techniques.
