Planet Pharma are currently partnered with a leading pharma company and we are actively seeking an Artwork Project Manager to join the business on a permanent basis in Diemen, Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end coordination of pharmaceutical packaging artwork projects, including updates, launches, and regulatory-driven changes across global markets.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, QA, Marketing, and external vendors—to ensure timely and compliant artwork delivery.
• Review and validate artwork briefs, change requests, and technical specifications to align with internal guidelines and country-specific regulatory requirements.
• Oversee artwork creation, proofreading, approval workflows, and version control using digital artwork management systems (e.g., Adobe, WebCenter, or similar).
• Track project timelines, identify bottlenecks, and proactively mitigate risks to ensure on-time delivery of packaging components (labels, cartons, leaflets).
• Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Artwork SOPs, and relevant pharmaceutical labeling regulations (e.g., EU FMD, FDA, EMA guidelines).

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years project management experience in product packaging
