At Gorenje, d.o.o., we are looking for a new colleague in the Strategic Procurement area – "Senior Purchaser (m/f)"

Job description

• implementation of purchasing activities according to defined goals and deadlines,

• negotiations with existing and new suppliers,

• cooperation and coordination in work in project teams,

• acquisition of new material components and acquisition of new suppliers (search and introduction) and at the same time maintaining relationships with existing suppliers,

• participates in the preparation of inquiries, negotiations and conclusion of contracts with suppliers,

• performs operational planning, dispatch, data entry and processing in the field of procurement and provides support to production units,

• ensures timely and accurate implementation of operational work processes in their area.

We expect from candidates

• VII. degree in technical/economic/GING,

• desirable work experience in the procurement field,

• knowledge of SAP (advantage),

• knowledge of the MS Office environment and desirable good knowledge of working with spreadsheets (excel),

• fluent in English and Slovenian, or Serbo-Croatian

• ability to work in a team, communication skills,

• proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and modern procurement tools

• self-initiative, independence, flexibility, pro-activity, sense of organization and deadlines,

• willingness to travel for business.
