What will you be doing?

As a Talent Partner at Talent Point, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Partner closely with fast-scaling businesses, advising on their hiring strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from workforce planning to offer management.
  • Influence decision-making at all levels, working directly with C-suite and hiring managers.
  • Implement data-driven recruitment strategies and improve employer branding (CVP).
  • Use talent intelligence and market insights to drive innovative hiring solutions.
  • Build lasting relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring an excellent hiring experience.



What skills & experience do you need?

  • Technical recruitment expertise – At least 3 years’ experience with a proven track record of making hires consistently.
  • Strong stakeholder management – Proven success engaging with hiring managers, executives, and candidates.
  • Strategic mindset – Experience advising on hiring processes, employer branding, and talent strategies.
  • Excellent communication & influencing skills – Ability to manage expectations and drive hiring success.
  • Autonomy & ownership – Ability to run projects independently and deliver tangible hiring results.
