As Founding UX Designer you’ll help define what human–AI interaction looks like. This is a hands-on, hybrid role blending product design, prototyping, and front-end development — ideal for a designer who loves to ship.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the product and design vision from concept through to production.
• Translate UI/UX ideas into working prototypes using AI tools (e.g. v0, Cursor, or similar).
• Combine design and engineering — move from Figma to functional code, submitting PRs and iterating with speed.
• Simplify complexity into clean, intuitive design experiences.
• Build fast experimental prototypes and iterate continuously.
• Create trust in AI-enhanced workflows through thoughtful, transparent interaction design.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven design taste and strong product sense.
• Ability to own a design from early sketch to production-ready code.
• Front-end fluency (React or component-based frameworks).
• Experience using AI-driven prototyping tools.
• Bias for action — you design, test, and ship fast.
• Curiosity about how AI changes the design process itself.
