Role Overview

We are looking for passionate Embedded Firmware Engineers to join our growing IoT and connectivity engineering team. You will design, develop, and optimize firmware for Nordic nRF Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices and contribute to end-to-end IoT product development.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll collaborate closely with hardware, software, and system engineers to bring connected products to life — from low-level firmware to cloud-connected applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize firmware in Embedded C for Nordic nRF BLE devices.
  • Implement and maintain Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) protocol stacks and custom applications.
  • Collaborate with hardware and software teams on IoT system integration and validation.
  • Debug, test, and troubleshoot low-level embedded systems and communication interfaces.
  • Refactor and improve existing embedded code for efficiency, reliability, and maintainability.
  • (Optional) Contribute to RTOS-based solutions using ZephyrOS or similar platforms.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Embedded C programming for resource-constrained environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Nordic Semiconductor (nRF) BLE chipsets.
  • Strong understanding of Bluetooth (2.4 GHz) protocol design and implementation.
  • Previous work on IoT projects (connectivity, low-power operation, data communication).
  • Proficient in debugging, code optimization, and refactoring techniques.
  • Familiarity with embedded development workflows (build systems, version control, CI/CD).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ZephyrOS or other real-time operating systems (RTOS).
  • Knowledge of low-power wireless communication and firmware optimization methods.
  • Understanding of best practices in embedded development (unit testing, automation).
  • Exposure to system-level integration and end-to-end IoT architectures.
