Senior Dotnet Developer

.NET Developer (French Speaking)

About the Role

We are looking for a .NET Developer with strong experience in building modern web applications and APIs, ideally with working proficiency in French. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean, scalable code, observability, and modern engineering practices. You will be part of a collaborative international team contributing to high-impact applications in the employee savings and group retirement domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ASP.NET 8 applications and RESTful APIs.
• Implement JWT-based authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Work on microservices architecture, ensuring modular and efficient service design.
• Integrate and manage SQL Server databases with optimized queries and stored procedures.
• Ensure structured logging and observability to maintain high application reliability and performance.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to continuous improvement, and share innovative ideas within the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, DevOps, and Product Owners) to deliver high-quality software on schedule.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in .NET Core / ASP.NET 8 development.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, JWT, and microservices.
• Proficiency in SQL Server and database design.
• Demonstrated expertise in application observability (structured logs, monitoring, tracing).
• Working proficiency in French (oral and written) – able to communicate effectively with French-speaking stakeholders.

Nice to Have / Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (K8s).
• Knowledge of MongoDB for NoSQL data management.
• Front-end exposure with React / ReactJS.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Git, CI/CD Pipelines, and Test Plans.
• Experience in financial services, employee savings, or group retirement plans.
