About the Role:

As a Brand and Experience Design Intern, you will play a vital role in shaping and elevating the Bluearf brand identity and user experience. You will work closely with our design and marketing teams to create visually compelling assets, engaging content, and cohesive brand experiences. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand strategy, UI/UX design, and storytelling, all while contributing to a mission-driven organization.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to develop static and dynamic creative assets for marketing campaigns, social media, and the platform.
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing Bluearf's visual identity across all touchpoints, including the website.
• Contribute to UI/UX design processes, including wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
• Design user-centric experiences that align with Bluearf's mission and brand values.
• Support the creation of pitch decks, infographics, and presentations to communicate the Bluearf story.
• Research and analyze design trends to ensure Bluearf remains innovative and relevant.
• Ensure brand consistency in all external and internal communications.

Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Wix or similar.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design thinking methodologies.
• Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
• Attention to detail and a passion for crafting exceptional designs.
• Familiarity with animation tools such as Rive, After Effects, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or willingness to learn is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Enthusiasm for sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact.
