Position Overview:

We are seeking 2 skilled Data & Reporting Engineers to join our team and contribute to our ongoing projects.

Project Overview:

Our current project involves developing a comprehensive platform designed to revolutionize real estate transactions. It offers tools for task management, financial planning, and more, with the goal of optimizing real estate processes for both professionals and consumers.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, BI Engineer, Analytics Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong SQL expertise with proven experience in BigQuery and PostgreSQL.
• Experience building dashboards and reports in Looker Studio (or equivalent BI tools).
• Familiarity with ElasticSearch for querying and extracting structured/unstructured data.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration best practices.
• Experience working with product analytics tools (Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of data modeling and performance optimization.
• Strong communication skills — able to explain complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bonus: experience delivering external client-facing dashboards/reports in a SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting & Dashboards

• Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards in Looker Studio for executives, board members, and operational teams.
• Extracting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources to produce meaningful reports.
• Deliver external-facing reports for clients and partners, showcasing consumer usage and engagement data.

Data Warehouse & Modeling

• Expand and refine datasets in Google BigQuery to support reporting and analytics needs.
• Integrate and model data from PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, and 3rd-party APIs into BigQuery.
• Ensure high data quality, consistency, and reliability across sources.
• Perform data profiling, quality checks, and validation to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Integrations & Product Analytics

• Connect and analyze data from tools like Pendo and other analytics/marketing platforms.
• Work with engineering teams to bring new data sources into the warehouse.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business insights.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to translate business questions into data solutions.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting to guide strategic initiatives.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business insights.
• Use SQL to retrieve and analyze data for reports and team requests.
• Support campaign measurement and performance analysis.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across analytics tools and databases.
