• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for product personalization, recommendation systems, and search algorithms;
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products and workflows;
• Lead the architecture and development of AI-driven features, from ideation to production;
• Identify and prototype new AI/ML opportunities to enhance user engagement, search accuracy, and overall product experience;
• Establish best practices for AI model development, testing, and deployment;
• Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure data pipelines and infrastructure are optimized for AI projects;
• Stay current with emerging AI trends and technologies to drive innovation within the organization.

We need your professional experience:

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles, with hands-on experience in building and deploying AI models in production environments;
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python;
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch);
• Experience with AI for personalization, recommendation systems, search algorithms, or natural language processing (NLP);
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes);
• Experience with data science workflows, including data collection, cleaning, and transformation;
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
