With Box Sign, we are enabling all businesses to manage their e-signature document flows in the same place where content lives. The team is growing very fast to bring Sign to all the customers using Box and to simplify their needs of signing critical business documents. This is a hybrid role based in our Amsterdam office and would require coming into the office 3x per week.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- You’ll be a part of the team to build, improve and support the Box Sign customer-facing product.
- Get to work with cutting-edge technologies that are defining the future of the cloud.
- Team up with other talented engineers to foster solid engineering principles and represent our engineering values.
- Utilize both your technical and interpersonal skills to lead large scale projects to completion.
- Collaborate, influence and drive for improvement across scrum teams.
- Model solid engineering practices around architectural design, testability, scalability and maintainability.
- Partner with product managers, designers and other cross-functional stakeholders to align on requirements and understand how your work will impact the business.
- You have 1+ years of professional software development experience in Javascript or Typescript.
- You are a problem solver and you look for a team of like-minded people.
- You like to be an owner and strive to do work you’re proud of, both technically and in your team interactions.
- You appreciate an efficient development environment.
- You are passionate about solving technical challenges.
- You inspire other people to work with you and enjoy mentoring, coaching and learning from other engineers.
- You understand the importance of balancing security, performance and usability.
