Java Developer

I'm now working with one the Nordic's most established and reputable consultancies that operates globally and who are looking to expand in Stockholm!

With a well-established engineering department in the heart of the city, they deliver end-to-end solutions for customers across Sweden in beyond, focused on impactful projects across healthcare, government, energy and beyond.

In Stockholm, with multiple new and upcoming, large scale projects, they are growing the team and looking for an experienced Java engineer to join them on a permanent basis, working as part of an in-house, team delivery.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications
• Contribute to architecture and solution design discussions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile environments
• Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and reviews

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience in Java development (Spring, Hibernate, or similar frameworks)
• Solid understanding of software design principles and patterns
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and teamwork
• Fluent in Swedish
• Experienced in taking ownership and autonomy
