Project Manager Malmö

About The Role

As a IT Project Manager at Sofigate, you will play a key role in leading complex digital transformation projects for our customers. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects from start to finish — often managing multiple workstreams, budgets, and stakeholder groups simultaneously.

You will lead projects both independently and together with cross-functional teams, ensuring that business objectives are translated into actionable project plans and that progress is tracked, reported, and delivered on time and within budget.

You will design and follow up on project timelines, risks, and financials, facilitate governance meetings, and secure alignment between business and IT stakeholders. You are comfortable running agile projects, while also applying structured and traditional methodologies where needed.

Your work will span across digital platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, or other enterprise systems, as well as areas like AI-enabled business solutions, infrastructure modernization, and IT service management (ITSM).

The role is based in our office in Malmö, Sweden.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end digital transformation projects — from initiation to closure
• Own and follow up on project budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, and risk management practices
• Collaborate with senior client stakeholders and ensure alignment with strategic goals
• Coach and guide project team members, partners, and customer representatives
• Utilize agile, DevOps, and iterative delivery approaches to drive progress and transparency
• Manage change, communication, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle
  
  
  

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A proven track record of at least 3–5 years managing digital or IT transformation projects
• Experience working independently with full project ownership and accountability for results
• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies combined with structured delivery experience
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
• Experience from areas such as AI, ITSM, CRM, ERP, or infrastructure modernization
• Interest in or experience with ServiceNow is considered a strong plus
• A growth mindset, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit.
