We work in hybrid mode 3+2, at least 3 days at the office (with mandatory Wednesdays and Thursdays) and 2 days at the home office.

Responsibilities:

• Write, test, and maintain high-quality, robust code that powers mission-critical systems.
• Design and implement scalable, reliable solutions for distributed systems used by thousands of customers worldwide.
• Champion the modernization of telemetry data by leveraging open standards like OpenTelemetry.
• Work hand-in-hand with international teams, sharing knowledge and achieving ambitious product and organizational goals together.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of programming experience (including at least 1 year of working with Go or willingness to master Go).
• Familiarity with modern software development processes and best practices.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt and apply new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative, curious and innovative mindset that thrives on teamwork and creative problem-solving.
• Commitment to writing clean, maintainable code with a focus on unit/automation testing and secure development.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
