As a Product Manager at Ontex, you will take ownership of product-related management and coordination for German and international customers across diverse sales channels and markets. Your key responsibilities include
- Leading the development and execution of innovation strategies, assortment recommendations, product updates, and new product launches.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams such as R&D, Procurement, Key Account Management, and external partners.
- Aligning commercial activities with the technical capabilities of the Ontex Group.
- Managing cross-functional interfaces and driving strategic collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Planning and monitoring key performance indicators within the Sales & Marketing budget.
- Developing and approving packaging materials.
- Conducting and analyzing market research, consumer panels, and laboratory tests.
- Performing quality assessments and preparing regular reports.
- Continuously analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
- Supporting marketing initiatives and delivering product training sessions.
Your Profile
- University degree in Business Administration, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in product management, ideally within the consumer goods industry.
- Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and a proactive mindset.
- Independent, team-oriented, and analytical working style with strategic thinking.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in MS Office and presentation tools.
- Willingness to travel occasionally
