Requirements


  • BS / MS in Computer / Electronics / Industrial Engineering or related disciplines; an MBA would be highly desirable.
  • 3-5 years of Digital Product Management experience, preferably in managing BPM, ERP, accounting and field operation systems.Solid understanding of corporate portals, process automation, and systems integration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage complex products and projects from end-to-end, especially in environments involving multiple teams and systems.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with engineering teams and engage in detailed technical discussions.
  • Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategies, and ensuring cross-functional alignment.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform product decisions, backed by a proven track record of leveraging data and user feedback.
  • Demonstrated comfort with ambiguity, with an ability to independently create and test clear hypotheses.
  • Passion for testing innovative solutions to streamline operations and improve customer experiences.Experience with agile product development methodologies.


Main Responsibilities


  • Manage the full lifecycle of assigned products, from ideation through to post-launch performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product goals, KPIs, and ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements for systems, transforming them into actionable product specifications.
  • Prioritize and manage product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of features and improvements across systemsLead initiatives to improve user experience in systems related to personnel management, legal requests, procurement, and field control processes.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, especially for corporate and field management solutions.
  • Propose improvements to streamline internal processes and enhance efficiency across maintenance and operational workflows.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for system integrations and updates.Monitor product performance post-launch, implementing necessary adjustments to improve user satisfaction and overall system efficiency.
  • Create and deliver internal training sessions to onboard teams to new product features and functionalities.
