TotalEnergies is looking for a team member for the following position:
HR Coordinator will play a key role in enhancing the recruitment lifecycle, strengthening university relations, conducting wage policy research and managing onboarding programs. This role also includes supporting facility-level HR operations and ensuring continuous alignment with the central HR team to maintain consistency and compliance across all HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Streamline and document recruitment workflows to improve efficiency and candidate experience
- Coordinate job postings, application tracking, interview scheduling, and feedback collection
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain partnerships with universities and student organizations
- Organize and represent the company at career fairs, campus events, and internship programs
- Develop early talent strategies and internship-to-hire pathways
- Conduct market research on compensation trends and wage structures
- Analyze internal and external data to support equitable and competitive salary practices
- Create and maintain benchmarking reports to guide compensation decisions.
- Manage and continuously improve onboarding experiences
- Coordinate logistics, content, and feedback collection for orientation sessions
- Ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture and operations
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related matters at the plant
- Support timekeeping, attendance, and shift scheduling processes in coordination with operations.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies at the site level
- Assist with workplace safety, employee relations, and grievance handling in collaboration with the central HR team
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation
- Maintain continuous and proactive communication with the central HR team across all HR functions
- Align local HR practices with corporate policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives
- Share updates, escalate issues, and collaborate on cross-functional HR projects and audits
- Maintain Menemen’s employees data in HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy
- Support audits, reporting, and documentation processes
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Promoting HR actions by communicating effectively through employees” (implementing monthly communications, during staff meetings, digital communications,…)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR coordination, recruitment and facility HR operations
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
- Fluency in English
