• Making detailed analysis of alerts on fraud monitoring systems, taking necessary and loss-preventing emergency actions,
• Following fraud trends, regulations and changes in the sector,
• Designing and developing procedures, guidelines and rule sets,
• Working in coordination with domestic/foreign banks, companies providing crypto services and related institutions in case of fraud,
• Making innovative contributions to existing processes with a creative perspective,
• Making reports about the department within the framework of a certain order and period.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• BS in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Economics, Econometrics, Information Technologies, Management Information System or equivalent disciplines,
• If you have at least 4 years of experience and knowledge in fraud in banks, crypto trading companies or payment systems organizations,
• Able to work in shifts that change at regular intervals (7/24 all day shifts on weekends and public holidays)
• Understanding cryptocurrency markets, trading platforms, blockchain technology and related security risks,
• Ability of working in collaborative and highly diverse environments,
• Motivated to take responsibility,
• If you prioritize customer satisfaction above all else,
• If you are ready to produce effective solutions by saying "Problems are there to be solved",
• Good in effective communication,
• Actively using English at least in upper intermediate level in written and spoken language,
• Knowledge about MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
