About the Job:
Inhouse POS Repairs.
Ensuring POS & PED’s repairing has been performed / and qualifies with all aspects of repairing i.e., chip level, Magstripe, hardware and printer modules are working correctly. Ensure on time repairing of POS devices, good interacting skills to coordinate with POS supplier and POS manufacturer for rectifying POS issues. Ensure time to time merchant visits have been initiated, provide assistance for all operational and technical issues and resolve merchants’ concerns. Ensure weekly & monthly reports are produced for reviewing and replenishing spare part stock. Be a first level support for our Merchants and coordinate/ visit to understand Merchants complains, also be intermediate till raised issues are sorted out and completely resolved.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: B achelor’s degree .
- Minimum of three years of experience in POS operations - POS repairs, servicing POS, or customer support, with at least two years in a technical or supervisory role focused on POS terminal troubleshooting or repair activities.
- Proven track record of resolving technical issues efficiently, maintaining high service quality, and ensuring system uptime.
- Strong understanding of POS hardware components, Android-based POS devices, and peripheral integrations.
- Experience with diagnosing and repairing POS malfunctions, coordinating with vendors, and managing operational workflows under pressure.
