Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resource & Administration Executive located in Dubai. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, conducting effective training and induction ensuring compliance with HR practices. The executive will also be responsible for administrative tasks and supporting the overall human resources functions within the organization.
Qualifications
- HR Management and HR Operations skills
- Know ZOHO people in CRM for Hr Operations
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
- Strong Employee Relations skills
- Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Maintain Integrity to the assigned role
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- strong leadership quality in staff management.
