Your New Role


As an experienced Security Consultant, you'll be instrumental in handling support requests and delivering high-quality technical work for a diverse customer base. Your primary focus will be on customer satisfaction, professionalism, and accuracy.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and resolving technical support tickets received via email and calls.
  • Ensuring continuous communication with customers regarding tickets, health checks, and project progress.
  • Performing health checks for all supported technologies.
  • Maintaining the ticket system to be proper and accurate, and ensuring all records are up to date to meet SLA requirements.
  • Following up on any escalations diligently to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Working as a resident engineer at customer sites based on business requirements.
  • Working on various projects, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and pre-sales activities as needed.
  • Producing proper and structured documentation and diagrams.
  • Interacting and communicating with vendor support organizations and engineers.
  • Attending technical training and achieving relevant certifications as part of your career development.



What You'll Need to Succeed


You'll be a self-starter with a passion for cybersecurity and customer service, possessing:


Qualifications & Experience


  • More than 5 years of working experience in technical Information Security.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Information Security or an IT-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience working in an enterprise environment handling technical support and projects.
  • A strong background and experience in TCP/IP networking of large-scale organizations.
  • A deep understanding of technical relations in a complex environment and information security concepts.
  • Experience and the highest certifications for vendors like F5 Networks, Broadcom/Symantec, Palo Alto firewall, Fortinet, Infoblox, Ixia, Proofpoint, CyberArk, and Cisco ESA are a distinct advantage.


Also;


  • Excellent, accent-free communication skills in English (Arabic is a significant advantage).
  • Outstanding customer-handling skills—friendly, goal-oriented, and able to understand and translate complex technical issues to a customer level.
  • Excellent organizational skills in an enterprise support setting.
  • Proper and structured documentation and diagramming skills.
  • A flexible work approach, based on job requirements, including the ability to identify new work areas and set new goals for yourself.
  • The capacity to understand complex business processes and activities.
