Your tasks:

  • Support the full range of project management processes including scope, budget, reporting, planning, client interaction, and contract administration.
  • Take proactive responsibility for small to medium projects (approx. NOK 10–100M) with a high level of independence.
  • Represent Cumming Group to clients, suppliers, contractors, consultants, and industry partners.
  • Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders to keep projects transparent and on track.
  • Assist with risk and value management, including workshops and project risk registers.
  • Manage contract administration, monthly reporting, and chair project meetings.
  • Deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality work outputs while supporting senior PMs as needed.
  • Comply with client governance, company policies, and HSE/quality procedures.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Commit to professional development and support colleagues and the wider business.

Education & Experience

  • Degree qualified (industry or non-industry).
  • 4+ years of project management experience, ideally in the construction industry.
  • Working towards MAPM / MRICS or equivalent qualification; additional certifications such as PRINCE2, MSP, or Risk Management are an advantage.
  • Solid knowledge of construction industry practices and technical matters.
  • Experience with Nordic standard contracts (NS, AB, ABT).
  • Demonstrated ability in core PM processes: risk, opportunities and issues, planning/programming, change control, reporting, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience delivering projects or programmes across the full project lifecycle.
  • Understanding of HS&E (HMS) legislation, with a willingness to obtain formal training if not already completed.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills with clients and colleagues alike.
