Manager Integration Solution Design

The job purpose is to be responsible for solution design for Integration and API business units’ requirements within the IT Department. She/he is accountable for efficient and effective solution design of change requests and CAPEX projects in a timely manner and compliant to business needs. She/he is also responsible to write and assess the technical requirements for domain RFP/RFI/RFQ in addition to support enhancing the existing IT services flows and make it more efficient. The job holder will be the focal point on all aspects related to solution design and provide regular and ad hoc visibility to senior and executive levels across the organization.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop & deliver timely and efficient IT solution design and function design specifications for assigned CRs / projects in alignment with business requirements.
• Review and approve the LLD generated by du MSP.
• Responsible for analyzing and fixing all design related TT’s and production issues.
• Engage in agile meetings with business stakeholders to provide high level feasibility and capabilities on existing IT landscape.
• Manage and monitor development of the solution design and the functional design specifications for CRs and CAPEX projects.
• Support application Architecture team to manage applications life cycle.
• Collect and consolidate the status of CRs and CAPEX projects to track solution designs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor in Information Technology/Computer Science/ computer Engineering
• Certifications such as e-TOM, TOGAF, ISO, ITIL, Agile Scrum master, etc. is a plus

Experience:

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in an Information Technology/ Information Services role
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Telecommunications Software Industry
• Excellent understanding of IT solution design, development methodologies, testing types, project management, and agile methodology in Telecom landscape.
• Excellent knowledge of Integration architecture such as message delivery patterns, frameworks, deployment strategies, performance tuning
• Experience in architecting, design and development of middleware TIBCO suite of products such as BW 5, BW CE, EMS, TRA, MFT Active Spaces, Adapters, Hawk, Smart Mapper tools and plug ins
• Must have experience in design and development on API gateways application Google APIGEE, TIBCO Mashery and excellent understanding of security principles

• Good technical knowledge in telecom infrastructure
