✨ Your role

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s growth by analysing data, structuring and improving processes, and driving strategic initiatives. This is a dynamic role where you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across functions, balancing strategic thinking with practical execution.

📌 What you’ll do

• Design and document processes, frameworks, and policies to enable scalability.
• Analyse data, extract actionable insights, and propose business improvements.
• Support daily operations and cross-functional projects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to move initiatives forward.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks ranging from market research and dashboards to pitch decks and project follow-ups.

🧩 What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a similar field.
• 2–4 years of experience, ideally in management consulting with exposure to startups or fast-growing environments.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure complex problems.
• Hands-on attitude: not just proposing solutions but implementing them.
• Comfortable working in agile, changing environments and managing priorities.
• Strong communication skills in English.
