About Our Client

Our client is one of the region’s most prominent real estate developers, with a diverse portfolio spanning residential, commercial, retail, and mixed-use projects. Known for their ambitious growth strategy, innovative developments, and commitment to excellence, they are now embarking on a bold digital transformation journey to modernize operations, elevate customer experience, and position themselves as a future-ready leader in the real estate sector.


Experience and Competencies Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in leading digital strategy, transformation, or innovation initiatives, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in executing large-scale digital transformation projects within real estate, construction, infrastructure, or asset-heavy industries.
  • Strong expertise in digital platforms, property technology (PropTech), CRM/ERP implementation, data analytics, and smart building technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in transforming customer journeys through digital channels, virtual sales platforms, and data-driven personalization.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to Boards and senior executive teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Digital Strategy, or Technology Management; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.


Functional Description:

  • Develop and execute the company’s digital transformation roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with strategic growth objectives.
  • Oversee the digitalization of the real estate lifecycle — from land acquisition and project planning to sales, leasing, asset management, and customer service.
  • Implement digital platforms and analytics tools to improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and portfolio performance.
  • Partner with business units to create immersive, tech-enabled customer experiences, including virtual tours, AI-driven sales tools, and digital client portals.
  • Champion innovation through emerging technologies such as IoT, AI, blockchain, and smart building solutions.
  • Drive change management and foster a culture of digital adoption across all levels of the organization.
  • Define KPIs and track performance to ensure transformation initiatives deliver tangible business outcomes.
  • Advise the CEO and leadership team on digital trends shaping the real estate industry and how to position the company for future success.
  • Build, lead, and mentor high-performing digital and transformation teams, fostering collaboration and continuous innovation.
