Flow Assurance Engineer

Consultant – Flow Assurance

Period: 06.01.2025 – 31.12.2026

Location: Stavanger

This position will work as part of the Project team to prepare for start-up in 2027, and specifically within the fields of hydrate management, well clean-up and automated sequences in the control system.

Typical work tasks can be:

• Develop a fit-for-purpose hydrate management strategy.
• Perform clean-up analyses using OLGA and develop overall clean-up strategies for the large number of subsea wells to be started.
• Develop automated sequences in the control system that will enable parallel operations and more efficient operation.
• Complete Flow Assurance related design work and secure ready for start-up in 2027.
• Drive production optimalization through knowledge of Flow Assurance issues such as slugging, hydrates, wax, and how these affect overall production.

Qualifications:

• You have a Master’s degree within process technology, fluid mechanics, petroleum, chemistry, physics, mathematics or similar.
• You have a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience.
• English and/or Norwegian language working proficiency.
