Project Planner – Offshore Oil & Gas (SURF)

We are seeking an experienced Project Planner to support offshore Subsea Umbilicals, Risers, and Flowlines (SURF) projects within the Norwegian oil & gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules covering engineering, procurement, fabrication, and offshore installation.
• Monitor progress, perform schedule analysis, and produce progress and forecast reports.
• Support integration between planning, document control, and change management systems.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient and timely project execution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project planning for offshore oil & gas / subsea (SURF) projects.
• Proficiency in Safran Project, Microsoft Project, and ProArc.
• Solid understanding of EPC project lifecycles and offshore execution.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Engineering or technical degree preferred.
• Must have the right to work in Norway.
