Product Manager – Membership Portfolio
We’re looking for an experienced and innovative Product Manager to lead our Membership Portfolio. In this role, you’ll drive OMNI Channel initiatives that enhance customer acquisition and retention. As part of our Technology organization, you’ll balance customer advocacy with strong business and technical decision-making.
The ideal candidate brings deep retail industry knowledge, a history of delivering customer-centric results, and the ability to build trusted partnerships across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the product roadmap and backlog for the Membership Portfolio, working with local and global stakeholders to prioritize initiatives that deliver measurable value.
- Identify new opportunities and build business cases to secure alignment with stakeholder steering groups and executives.
- Measure and report on the success of initiatives to ensure business value realization and optimal use of capabilities.
- Provide active support for systems within your portfolio, including defect management, performance optimization, and efficiency improvements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders through presentations, documentation, training sessions, and strategic discussions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, helping stakeholders understand and maximize the use of system capabilities.
- Partner with technical teams to understand system architecture, propose feasible solutions, and educate business teams on technical options.
- Manage an agile backlog by defining requirements, writing user stories, and conducting user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to influence product strategy and guide complex decision-making.
- Stay current on industry and omni-channel trends, translating insights into actionable recommendations that support business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience as a Digital Product Manager or Consultant in the B2C or startup space.
- Strong understanding of Agile product management principles and experience managing agile backlogs.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Customer-focused mindset with an understanding of user experience and design best practices.
- Proven track record of launching and managing products from concept to market.
- Familiarity with retail eCommerce, including industry standards, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
