Established in March 2023, we have efficiently delivered consultants to various clients and within our initial 16 months, we've achieved sales totaling 40 million NOK. We have an exceptional client network and our success is built on having one of the best client networks in the industry. This gives you the flexibility to take the lead in selecting your projects. We are on an exciting journey of growth and are now looking for someone to lead our AI engineering department on-site in Oslo.

As our Head of Artificial intelligence, you will lead our AI engineering consulting practice, playing an important role in guiding the architecture and implementation of high-performance AI systems for our clients. You will also mentor and lead a skilled team of AI engineers, while getting the opportunity to actively build and strengthen this team together with us.

• Experience driving AI strategy and leading AI engineering teams while fostering a positive work environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in designing and implementing AI algorithms and training ML models.
• Hands-on programming proficiency in at least one language such as Python, R, C#, C++ or Java. Familiarity with Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch or CUDA is a plus.
• Experience building and scaling AI enterprise applications using modern software architecture patterns.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems while being a master at finding the sweet spot between technical excellence and business value.
• Consulting experience is preferred.
