About the Role
We are seeking a talented Game Capture Artist to join our team, helping create engaging content from video games for marketing, social media, and other creative projects. This role involves collaborating with a capture team, assisting in directing shoots, and managing technical systems to ensure high-quality footage.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with capture directors and fellow artists to record game footage for marketing and creative assets.
- Operate and troubleshoot game systems, debug tools, and technical setups for shoots.
- Assist in directing shoots, tracking in-game actions, setups, and scene details.
- Maintain technical readiness of builds, PCs, and kits used for capture sessions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with development teams as needed.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the team and projects.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience with game capture technology.
- Passion for gaming on modern platforms and familiarity with console/PC gameplay.
- Strong attention to detail and eye for composition.
- Knowledge of game debug systems and technical workflows.
- Ability to multitask under tight deadlines with professionalism and composure.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to take constructive feedback.
- Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Background in visual arts such as film, photography, or motion graphics.
- Experience with real-world photography or cinematography.
