Role Description

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our growing team and help shape the future of digital solutions in the aviation sector. You’ll play a key role in creating intuitive, user-centered interfaces for platforms used by airports and aviation stakeholders worldwide.

What You’ll Do

• Design and improve user interfaces for web and mobile applications, optimizing usability and engagement.
• Translate ideas into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate clear user journeys.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define product direction and ensure accurate implementation.
• Conduct user research, testing, and feedback analysis to validate design decisions.
• Develop responsive and accessible designs that adapt across multiple devices and screen sizes.
• Contribute to and maintain our design system.
• Continuously explore and apply the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and techniques.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products or services.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work on complex, data-driven, or enterprise platforms (aviation, transport, or logistics experience a plus).
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping.
• Understanding of front-end principles (HTML/CSS) and ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and iterative design processes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a user-centered mindset.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with mobile platforms (iOS/Android) and accessibility standards.
• Previous experience working on aviation or large-scale IT projects.
• Knowledge of Material Design and design systems best practices.
