We’re expanding our technology and delivery team to meet growing demand — and we’re looking for a Software Delivery and Support Engineer who can lead software rollouts, ensure smooth integrations, and provide high-level technical support to our partners and clients.

The Software Delivery and Support Engineer will be responsible for:
- Delivering and deploying enterprise software solutions across client environments.
- Managing software release processes, testing, and production rollouts.
- Integrating 3rd-party APIs, SDKs, and security platforms.
- Diagnosing complex performance and configuration issues.
- Collaborating closely with project, QA, and client delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and long-term platform reliability.
Education & Core Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Java EE web application development and software delivery.
- Strong hands-on experience with Tomcat Application Server and Apache Web Server.
- Proven background in multi-server environments, performance optimization, and CI/CD deployment.
Technical Proficiency
- Expertise in Servlets, JMS, ActiveMQ, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS, JSP, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX).
- Skilled in automated build, testing, and performance tuning (Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, JUnit).
- Familiar with Spring Framework, OAuth/SAML/SSO, and API integration.
- Scripting knowledge in Python, Shell, or PHP is an advantage.
Delivery & Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to interpret logs and identify root causes.
- Excellent documentation, presentation, and client interaction capabilities.
