This is a full-time on-site role for a QA/QC Engineer and Management Representative. The position is based in Ghala Industrial. The QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of manufacturing processes and products, performing inspections, developing and implementing quality control plans, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves coordinating with customers to meet their quality requirements and standards, and acting as the management representative for quality assurance matters.

• Strong understanding of quality assurance and quality control principles and methodologies
• Experience in developing and implementing QC plans and procedures
• Proficiency in inspecting and testing manufactured components and materials
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer interaction and reporting
• Ability to lead and manage QA/QC teams and coordinate with cross-functional departments
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Experience in the oil & gas industry is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Ghala Industrial
