Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate / Senior Associate – Investment Banking, based in Kyiv City, Ukraine, with some work-from-home flexibility. The responsibilities include conducting financial analysis, preparing transaction documentation, supporting deal execution, and engaging with clients. The role requires collaboration with various teams to provide tailored investment solutions and ensure seamless transaction processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and a solid background in Finance and Financial Services
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Basic understanding of Cybersecurity principles is advantageous
• Relevant industry experience in investment banking or related fields
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with some work-from-home flexibility
