🧭 The Role
As a Product Designer (Growth), you’ll be at the frontline of our growth initiatives — obsessed with crafting seamless funnels, onboarding journeys, engagement mechanics & monetization touchpoints.
You’ll work closely with Growth PMs, Data Analysts & Engineers to turn insights → experiments → impact, designing experiences that move business metrics 📈
✨ What You’ll Do
- 🚀 Lead growth design initiatives across acquisition, activation, retention & revenue
- 🧪 Design & optimize conversion funnels from first touch → long-term love 💕
- ⚡ Run A/B tests, landing page variants, onboarding experiments to drive measurable uplift
- 📝 Own key touchpoints: signup flows, profile completion, subscriptions, referrals & re-engagement
- 📊 Turn data & behavior insights into high-impact, scalable design solutions
- 🧰 Build templates, frameworks & patterns for rapid growth experimentation
- 🤝 Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize opportunities & measure impact
- 🔁 Iterate relentlessly — launch, learn, optimize, repeat ♻️
- 🌱 Champion a growth design culture, share learnings & mentor peers
- 🚪 User acquisition & conversion optimization
- 🌟 Onboarding & activation journeys
- 💰 Subscription & monetization flow design
- 🔄 Retention & re-engagement campaigns
- 🧍♂️ Referral & viral growth mechanics
- 🧠 Personalization & recommendation interfaces
- 🎓 Bachelor’s/Master’s from top institutes (IIT / BITS / NID)
- 🖌️ 3-4 years of full-stack product design with proven growth impact
- 📂 A strong portfolio showcasing conversion optimization & growth-led design
- 🧪 Hands-on with A/B testing, data-driven design & experimentation
- 🧰 Pro in Figma, prototyping tools & growth measurement platforms
- 💵 Understanding of subscription models, pricing psychology & monetization strategies
- 📱 Experience designing for web + mobile at scale
- 📈 Analytical mindset with a metrics-to-design approach
- 📣 Familiarity with user acquisition channels & performance marketing touchpoints
- 🧭 Experience with subscription-based or marketplace products
- 🧠 CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) chops
- 🌍 Exposure to international expansion & localization
- 🤖 Experience with AI-powered personalization systems
