Hiring Product Designers who are willing to take ownership of their work, go beyond being just a design resource, and contribute to the growth of the design culture within the organization.

Salary: INR 10,80,000 - 13,80,000 / year (based on experience)

Responsibilities

  • You will work as a part of the product team, collaborating closely with other Designers, Product Managers, and Developers to create innovative solutions and deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Craft scalable, reusable solutions that seamlessly align across platforms and products.
  • Develop and Document Design Standards: Establish design principles, components, interaction patterns and design tokens rooted in accessibility guidelines to promote consistency across our product suite.
  • Work closely with PMs, developers, business team and fellow designers to create user-centric solutions that are aligned with our goals. You should be able to tailor your communication style according to the audience.
  • Independently develop design solutions that balance aesthetics, user needs, and technical feasibility. Conduct user research using a variety of methods.

Eligibility

  • 1+ years of relevant work experience
