Job Summary:

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 6 months to 1 year of real-world experience in designing intuitive, user-friendly digital interfaces. You'll support the product and development teams in designing mobile and web experiences, focusing on usability, consistency, and clean aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design of intuitive, clean, and visually appealing web and mobile interfaces
• Translate product requirements and user needs into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
• Participate in user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to refine user flows
• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and reusable components
• Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to align on user experience goals

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in UI/UX design (internships or freelance also count)
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, spacing, and grid systems
• Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes
• Basic knowledge of mobile and web design guidelines (e.g., iOS/Android, responsive web)
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn and iterate

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with tools like FigJam, Miro, or other collaboration boards
• Exposure to user testing, A/B testing, or design feedback loops
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or how designs are translated into code
• Experience designing for custom dashboards, admin panels, or apps is a plus
