A global training and enablement consultancy is seeking a Project Manager with expertise in well-being and culture to support its mission of empowering people through creative learning solutions. This role will report into the People Ops & Culture Lead and work closely with team leads across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to team leads, supporting their people needs.
- Lead initiatives that decentralise well-being and embed cultural change, e.g. leading rollout of MHFA training to people managers.
- Champion employee experience and bridge the gap between HR and culture.
Candidate Profile:
- Autonomous and proactive, with a collaborative mindset.
- Strong commercial awareness and able to navigate tough business decisions.
- Experienced in leading projects independently and contributing to strategic thinking.
- Positive, empowering, and able to influence managers effectively.
- Consulting background preferred, but not essential.

- Salary: £50–60k depending on experience and impact
- Duration: 6 months
