Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Front-end Developer with strong expertise in Vue 3 to join our team and contribute to the development of enterprise-grade applications. In this role, you will be responsible for building intuitive, responsive, and maintainable user interfaces that deliver a seamless user experience. You will collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into high-quality, scalable front-end solutions. The position requires solid technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in an agile enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimise, and maintain enterprise-grade front-end applications using Vue 3.js
• Delivered fully responsive, WCAG AA+ and eCH-0059 compliant user interfaces, ensuring an inclusive experience for all users.
• Collaborate with UX designers to translate design concepts into functional, user-friendly components
• Build and maintain reusable web components to ensure consistency and scalability across applications
• Integrate front-end applications with backend services and APIs, including Node.js environments
• Write, execute, and maintain automated tests to secure code quality and reliability
• Work with containerisation and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes for development and deployment
• Contribute to the design and improvement of CI/CD pipelines to enable smooth, continuous delivery
• Participate in code reviews, share best practices, and support knowledge transfer within the development team
• Stay up to date with front-end frameworks, accessibility standards, and emerging technologies to continuously improve applications

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• German skills required at C1 (professional fluency)
• English skills required at B1 for technical aspects
• Strong expertise in front-end development with Vue 3.js
• Proficiency in SCSS, HTML, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Experience in designing and implementing accessible interfaces in line with WCAG AA+ and eCH-0059 standards
• Solid understanding of UX design principles and ability to translate them into intuitive user interfaces
• Hands-on experience in web component–based development and custom web component creation
• Familiarity with backend integration and tooling using Node.js
• Competence in automated testing to ensure quality and maintainability of code
• Knowledge of containerisation and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines to support efficient development and deployment workflows
• Relevant certifications (e.g. Vue.js Certification, Certified Accessibility Professional, Kubernetes Administrator, or similar) are an advantage
