Telestar Communications is seeking its first Product Manager to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role in the maturity of our company as we expand our Managed Mobility Services (MMS), Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) and other service offerings for enterprise and government customers such as IoT etc. The Product Manager will be responsible for driving product definitions, strategy, roadmap, and execution across our solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company objectives.
This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a strategic and execution-focused Service Product Manager who thrives in a dynamic enterprise environment. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle across Telestar’s managed service portfolio, driving consistency, innovation, and customer-centric outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Product Lifecycle Management: Ensure continuity and consistency across product development, launch, scale, and retirement phases.
- As-a-Service Model Leadership: Design, evolve, and optimize service offerings under subscription-based, consumption-based, and outcome-based models (e.g., ICTaaS, DaaS, UCaaS).
- Go-to-Market Execution: Define and deliver GTM strategies, launch plans, and enablement assets in collaboration with sales, marketing, and delivery teams.
- Agile Enablement: Champion Agile methodologies across cross-functional teams, including training, sprint planning, and iterative delivery frameworks.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, translating feedback into actionable improvements and championing customer success narratives.
- Thought Leadership: Develop and share insights on industry trends, product strategy, and service innovation through internal and external channels.
- External-Facing Asset Enablement: Lead the creation and training of customer-facing materials including service brochures, onboarding guides, and training modules.
- Pricing Strategy & Governance: Own pricing models across the service portfolio, ensuring alignment with value delivery, margin targets, and competitive positioning.
- Market & Competitive Benchmarking: Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing structures to inform product strategy and differentiation.
- Business Development Support: Partner with sales to identify growth opportunities, support strategic deals, and align product capabilities with market needs.
- Innovation & Roadmap Planning: Analyze trends, customer needs, and usage data to guide product enhancements and roadmap evolution.
- Proven experience in Product Management, preferably in IT, communications or managed services.
- Strong understanding of as-a-service models including ICTaaS, UCaaS, DaaS, and hybrid consumption frameworks.
- Demonstrated success in GTM planning, Agile delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in pricing strategy, competitive benchmarking, and value-based pricing models.
- Familiarity with customer advocacy programs, thought leadership, and external enablement.
- Solid foundation in Sales and Business Development, with ability to support strategic engagements.
- Strong project management and stakeholder alignment capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for translating technical concepts into business value.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
