The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Project Portfolio Management team you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across the firm. As a Manager you will lead project teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and đảm bảo the successful execution of project goals while maintaining quality and performance standards. This position provides an exciting opportunity to drive impactful projects and develop your leadership skills in a dynamic environment.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 8 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
  • Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in project planning, resource management, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills

What Sets You Apart

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Engineering and Business preferred
  • Master's degree or professional certifications such as PMP, Agile, PRINCE2 preferred
  • Excelling in industry-specific processes and consulting practices
  • Managing change in project scope and resources
  • Maintaining project integrity and stakeholder alignment
  • Leading project execution and stakeholder management
  • Overseeing budget and schedule management
  • Promoting quality control and process improvement
