As a ServiceNow Technical Expert you will:
- Oversee the setup, administration, and troubleshooting of the ServiceNow platform, including components like MID servers.
- Maintain and enhance ITSM and CSM applications by developing new functionalities and supporting existing ones.
- Manage the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure data accuracy and quality.
- Monitor, administer, and troubleshoot integrations between ServiceNow and other corporate systems.
- Coordinate ServiceNow releases, including migrating updates from sub-production to production environments and handling platform upgrades.
- Test new features, functionalities, and releases to ensure optimal performance.
- Engage with users and customers to address incidents and fulfill requests.
- Communicate with ServiceNow for platform monitoring and incident escalation.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to transfer knowledge and best practices.
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- ITIL® Foundation Certification
- Possession of the ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
- Holding the ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification
- Additional certifications in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or SPM are advantageous.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM frameworks
- Experience with web services (XML, SOAP, REST)
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript for light customizations
- Familiarity with ServiceNow App Engine
- Fluency in English or French is required; proficiency in both is preferred
- Willingness and flexibility to work full-time 8-hour shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday
